COMPONENTS
- Shortcrust pastry base
- Pistachio Dubai spreadable cream
- Chocoglass Dark
PROCEDURE
- Line a tart pan and blind-bake the shortcrust pastry.
- Spread a generous layer of Pistachio Dubai over the base, leaving about 1 cm of space below the edge of the tart.
- Pour the dark chocolate glaze over the Pistachio Dubai and refrigerate until it sets.
- Decorate as desired.
