- Soft cocoa sponge cake
- Crunchy insert with Pistacchio Dubai
- Sachercrem glaze
PROCEDURE

Place a disc of cocoa sponge cake as the base.

Spread a layer of Pistachio Dubai.

Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or in the blast chiller for 10-15 minutes.

Glaze with dark Sacher cream.
