PROCEDURE

  • Line a tart pan and blind-bake the shortcrust pastry.
  • Spread a generous layer of Pistachio Dubai over the base, leaving about 1 cm of space below the edge of the tart.
  • Pour the dark chocolate glaze over the Pistachio Dubai and refrigerate until it sets.
  • Decorate as desired.
