This clear-coloured gelatine with a delicate apricot flavour provides a uniform, transparent, shiny covering for fruit cakes and pastries. The gelatine prevents air from filtering through, allowing the freshness of the underlying product to remain intact for longer. Instructions for use: Boil 1 kg of Verogel with. 0.2 kg of water, allow for evaporation and pour the gelatine over the ready-prepared dessert.
More brightly coloured gelatine with apricot flavouring.
It has the same characteristics as Verogel and uses the same method of application, but remains thicker and creamier even at boiling point.

Coverglass
Gelatine for mirror glazing semi-frozen desserts, cakes, cheesecakes, ice-cream cakes, pastries, Bavarian creams, mousses, sponge desserts, and fruit ganache.
It gives every preparation an elegant and bright shine that remains unaltered even at low temperatures (-18 C°).
Available in the following varieties: neutral, chocolate (40%), white chocolate (40%), Caramel, wild berries (5%), Kiwi (5%), Lemon (5%), Strawberry (5%), Lime (5%).
Cold use: briefly work the desired quantity with a spatula (without incorporating air) before spreading.
Warm use: heat the necessary quantity in a bain-marie at about 45°C or in a microwave oven (400/500 watt); mix for a few seconds (without incorporating air) and then spread on the glaze with a spatula or by gently vibrating the cake.
Cream-based desserts must be stabilized in advance using Dulcistar animal gelatine prior to glazing.
