It shares the same characteristics and instructions for use as Verogel but maintains a greater density and creaminess even after boiling.
Neutral Astrogel: Unflavored gelatin.
Methods of use
Boil kg.1 of Astrogel with kg. 0.200 of water let it evaporate and pour the jelly over the cake after baking.
