Methods of use
Mix between 360gr and 400gr of Idealcrem Top with 1 liter of water or milk at room temperature (adjust the amount according to the intensity of flavor and density you want). Stir the mixture with a whisk (or planetary mixer) for about one minute until a velvety, homogeneous cream is obtained. Allow to rest for 15 minutes in the refrigerator, stir, and then the cream is immediately ready to use!
